We do not collect payment card details. Payments are made directly to the driver in cash or via bank transfer.

• Communicate with you about your journey (pick-up times, changes, delays).
• Provide your details to the assigned driver so they can meet you.
• Follow up after your journey to ensure you were satisfied.
