Learn moreAn Umrah taxi service is private, pre-booked transport for pilgrims: airport meet & greet, hotel-to-hotel rides between Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif, Miqat drops, and Ziyarat tours. The fare is fixed in writing before you travel — it is not a metered street taxi and not a ride-hailing app that can surge after you land.
WhatsApp is the fastest. Send your pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count, and flight number for airport jobs. We reply with a fixed all-in fare and confirm in writing. You can also use the booking form on this site. No app to download — we operate 24/7.
A Camry-class sedan from Jeddah Airport (JED) to a Makkah hotel is SAR 300. A Hyundai Staria is SAR 400 and a Hiace is SAR 500 — all per vehicle, one way, not per passenger. Fares are confirmed in writing before you travel. The full vehicle table is on our pricing page.
Yes. Uber and Careem both operate in Makkah for short hops inside the city. They are not a substitute for an Umrah taxi service. Airport meet & greet, the 4-hour Makkah–Madinah transfer, a Miqat stop, or a Ziyarat circuit need a pre-booked private car: a named driver, a fare fixed in writing, luggage help, and no surge after you land. Book that on WhatsApp.
Airport pickups are charged in advance — we also need a visa copy and ticket to confirm the booking, as required for transport in Saudi Arabia. For other journeys you typically pay the driver in cash (Saudi Riyals) on arrival; no deposit. Either way the fare is fixed and confirmed in writing before you travel.
It depends on your route: Dhul-Hulayfah (Abyar Ali) for pilgrims arriving via Madinah, Al-Juhfah near Rabigh for most flights into Jeddah, and Yalamlam or Qarn al-Manazil for other directions — confirm before you fly, as some routes require Ihram before landing. Madinah→Makkah transfers include a complimentary stop at Dhul-Hulayfah. If you are already in Makkah and need a repeat Umrah, we run the round trip to Masjid Aisha in Tan'im 24/7.
We do not claim to be number one. Judge an Umrah taxi service on whether it publishes fares (Jeddah Airport to Makkah from SAR 300, Makkah to Madinah from SAR 550 on a sedan), confirms a fixed price on WhatsApp, tracks your flight, and can match English, Arabic, or Urdu. Compare those points on our pricing page rather than a trophy ranking.
You do not need a taxi app for Umrah transfers. Message us on WhatsApp — we confirm a fixed fare and send the driver's name, phone and plate. Ride-hailing apps (Uber, Careem) are fine for a short hop inside a city, but they can surge, they do not wait in arrivals with a name board, and they are a poor fit for intercity or Miqat journeys. One WhatsApp thread covers the whole trip.
Message us on WhatsApp for a fixed fare in minutes, any time of day or night.
